We offer rates for vacation rental agencies only. We do not offer rentals to private parties.
We guarantee our service—after all, we’ve been in the pool and spa biz since 1971.

What You Do

• Call and reserve your dates & time
• Be sure hot tub placement area meets our tub’s requirements
• Include spa in your rental agreement & deposit
• Day of Delivery: Go to our website, www.RiptideAlchemy.com and click PayPal to pay for your rental dates. Your account number is the last 4-digits of your business telephone.

What We Do

Before Guests Arrive (By 10 a.m. on scheduled date):

• We deliver a sanitized hot tub by Softub (Softub, named Most Eco-Friendly in California)
• Set up
• Fill with water
• Add disinfectant & balance chemistry
• Assure hot tub readiness for your guests’ arrival
• For week-long rentals, we make a mid-week chem-check

When Guests Depart (At end of rental date):

• We drain the hot tub to a safe area
• We remove the hot tub

Softub Requirements

• Flat, level surface (at least 7 ft. x 7 ft.)
• Water source within 50 ft of Softub
• Surface able to support 2000 lbs.
• Standard 115v, 15 AMP outlet within 10 ft of Softub
• Outlet must be free of any other appliances connected to the circuit.
